I found the hotel to be just okay. While the location is superb for exploring, especially being near Times Square and subway stations, the rooms were quite small and the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The staff's friendliness was hit or miss, making it a mixed bag overall. If you can get a good deal, it might be worth it, but there are better options out there for the price.

I had an incredible stay right in the heart of New York. The location was absolutely perfect, just a minute's walk to Times Square, making it so convenient for all my sightseeing plans. The room was cleaned daily and felt comfortable, although it was a bit small for two people. However, the breakfast experience was chaotic, with long lines and rude staff. Overall, it was a great value for money considering the location, but improvements could be made in the dining area.
